• ALL SPECIALISTS INCLUDED. Periodontists, Endodontists, Oral Surgeons, Orthodontists and Prosthodontists (25% reduction on usual and customary fees where available).
   
• ALL ONGOING DENTAL PROBLEMS ARE ACCEPTED. The only exception is for orthodontic treatment in progress. Otherwise, even if you have had a dental problem for a long time, your condition is accepted under this Plan.

• NO AGE LIMIT. Regardless of age, you can benefit from the Dental, Vision, Prescription and Chiropractic Care benefits.

• ACTIVATION WITHIN ONE BUSINESS DAY. You can go to the dentist once your application has been processed. It takes one business day to process an application if you Sign Up online or by phone using a credit card or a checking account.

• 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Your membership fee will be refunded. Please be aware that the one-time administrative fee and money paid for healthcare services and products are not refundable. After 30 days membership fees are not-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time upon written request to AmeriPlan®.
